Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, two 4-pound Yorkies, and pursue interests such as volunteering, culinary exploration, yoga, and travel.  Leigh Apodaca, one of the co-owners of The Apodaca Group, serves as both the Operations Manager and Marketing Director, a division of The Apodaca Group at Compass Real Estate. Boasting two decades of experience in the real estate industry, her expertise lies in marketing strategies, 1031 exchanges, and the luxury housing market. With her husband, Phil Apodaca, by her side, she possesses the precise knowledge required to guide her team to success. 

 Phil has dedicated over 33 years of his life to a career in law enforcement and the United States military, giving him a strong foundation in ethics and management. In 2014, he transitioned to becoming a realtor and took on the role of co-owner at The Apodaca Group. Phil has been able to leverage his extensive experiences and advanced education to excel in the real estate field across both California and Colorado. His acquired skills seamlessly align with the demands of real estate, as he is deeply committed to the well-being of his clients, which is a testament to my dedication and unwavering service.
